Who we are
Filoo is operated by Cravto, LLC (“Cravto”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia.
Cravto is the controller of the personal information described in this policy, except for workspace content, which Cravto processes on behalf of the organisation that administers the workspace. We process personal information in line with the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data and the other data protection laws that apply to us.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Filoo website and the Filoo application. It covers visitors to our site, people who create a Filoo account, and members of a workspace that someone else administers.
Where a workspace is created by an organisation, that organisation decides what customer data it puts into Filoo and how long it is kept. Cravto processes that data on the organisation’s behalf and on its instructions.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information.

How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Filoo service.
- Authenticate you and keep your workspace accessible only to the people entitled to it.
- Process subscriptions, payments, invoices, and refunds.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support.
- Understand how Filoo is used so we can improve it.
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
AI features
When you use Filoo’s AI features, the relevant workspace content is processed to produce the result you asked for, such as a summary or a drafted message. AI features operate on your own workspace data and are subject to the same access permissions as the rest of Filoo.
How we protect information
We use technical and organisational measures to protect the information in Filoo, including encryption in transit, role-based access permissions, and two-factor authentication. Enterprise workspaces can add single sign-on and automated user provisioning.
No service can promise perfect security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by the applicable law.
How long we keep information
We keep account and billing information for as long as your account is active and for the period afterwards that our legal, tax, and accounting obligations require. Workspace content is kept while the workspace exists; when a workspace is deleted, its content is removed from our active systems and from backups in the ordinary course.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent you have given.
You can change your account details in Filoo at any time. To exercise a right, email legal@getfiloo.com from the address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we respond within the period the applicable law sets. If your workspace is administered by your organisation, we may direct a request about workspace content to that organisation.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Armenia, this is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
International transfers
Cravto is based in Armenia. Cravto and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on safeguards permitted by the applicable law.
Children
Filoo is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Filoo changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always available here in the Legal Center.
